Staircases are a specialist and technical product but with our experience and attention to detail, we strive to make the process of working with us and purchasing our staircases seamless and hassle free. Our experienced staff will be on hand to offer advice and guidance every step of the way.

• Site surveys, where required, by an experienced professional who can discuss all technical and design requirements with you and your clients.
• Continued communication, advice and guidance from our team.
• Detailed technical drawings.
• Stairs that have been dry-fitted in the factory to ensure everything fits together and then carefully packaged.
• Deliveries either by our own vehicles and professional team or by our trusted partners.

We know that all of our customers work in different ways so we offer a flexible approach to accommodate this. If required, we can also offer:

• A bespoke fitting service from our experiences teams and partners.
• Pre-assembled balustrades to save on-site labour.
• Priming and clear sealer to help protect the timber and save your decorators time.
• Hardboard tread protection or a mix of Poly and Hardboard to protect both treads and risers.
